Departed this life July 4, 2012. Mrs. Michelle D. Brown of Richmond. She is survived by her husband, Anthony T. Brown Sr.; two daughters, LaToya Christian and Tanika Quarles; one son, Marcellus Carter; seven grandchildren; her father, Earl Carter Jr.; three sisters; Pamela Hamlin, Sheila Holmes, and Marsha Gregory; two brothers, Earl Carter III and Roger Carter; four uncles; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins one step son, Anthony T. Brown Jr.; two sons-in -law, Quantez Christian Sr. and Robert Quarles; mother-in-law, Priscilla Brown; father-in-law, Frank Brown; three sister- in-law, Dorothea, Joyce and Deborah Brown; three brothers-in-law, Gerald Holmes, James Gregory and Alphonso Brown and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30PM Monday. Funeral services will be held Tuesday 12 noon at Cedar Street Baptist Church, 2301 Cedar Street where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Dr. Anthony M.
