Betty Jarritt

Departed this life January 1, 2011. Mrs. Betty Jarritt of Richmond. She was preceded in death by one son, Mikel Robinson. She is survived by one daughter, Laveta Carter; three sons; Walter Robinson Jr., Aaron Robinson and Alfred Jarritt; nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; five sisters; Shirley Yarborough, Vernita Webber, Carolyn Harris, Michelle Harris and Cynthia Cherry; eight brothers; Vernell, Tyrone, William, Aletron, Donald, Ronald, & Gregory Harris and Naeem Rasheed; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one sister-in-,law Norma Harris; three brothers-in-law; Leroy Yarborough, James Webber and Raymond Cherry; and other relatives and friends, among them a devoted Clarence Goode, Cecelia Page and Esther Calvin. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Saturday at 12 noon. Superintendent Larry Miles off. Interment Oakwood Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 11:45AM Saturday.
