Ethel C Slade

Slade, Departed this life January 20, 2011. Mrs. Ethel Slade of Richmond. She is preceded in death her husband, John Slade and one son, John Slade Jr. She is survived by two grandchildren; one sister, Margie R. Morgan; a host of nieces, among them a devoted Lillie Mae Smith, nephews and cousins; one sister-in-law, Fannie Mae Cook; one brother-in-law, Harvey Montgomery and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Tuesday 1PM at Sixth Baptist Church, 400 S. Addison Street where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Dr. Yvonne Bibbs(pastor) off. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 12:45PM Tuesday.
