Departed this life February 18, 2011. Mrs. Lucille Footman of Richmond. She is survived by her husband, Jesse Footman; one son, Jesse Maurice Footman; one sister, Daisy T. Woodham; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; five sisters-in-law; one brother-in-law; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Friday at 1PM. Lionel Burton eulogy. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
