Beatrice Virginia Smith

Departed this life February 25, 2011. Ms Beatrice V. Smith of Richmond. She is survived by one niece, Deborah Atkins Chambliss(Samuel); five nephews; William A. Smith Jr., M.D., Edward O. Smith, Luther L. Atkins Jr., Marvin L. Smith, and Gregory Smith; a host of cousins; and other relatives and friends among them two devoted, Louise Harris and Thelma Stigger. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends from 6:30PM to 7:30PM Monday. Funeral services will be held Tuesday 11AM at Fifth Baptist Church, 1415 W. Cary Street where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Rev. Earl Brown(pastor) off. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 10:45AM Tuesday.
