Departed this life March 6, 2011. Mrs. Mary W. Lewis of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her husband, Moses Lewis, and three sons; Moses C., Alvin C. & Melvin W. Lewis. She is survived by two daughters, Diane L. Hughes and Katrina Lewis; three sons; Steve, Calvin C. and Tim Lewis; twelve grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; one sister, Sadie Anderson; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; three daughters-in-law; Tina, Deborah and Makita Lewis; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Thursday 1PM at Fifth Baptist Church, 1415 W. Cary Street where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Rev. Earl Brown(pastor) off. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 12:45PM Thursday.
