Departed this life April 8, 2011. Bennie (Jack)Powell of Richmond. He is preceded in death by his wife Aleen Powell. He is survived by two daughters Janet Powell Gordon and Amanda Robinson; one son Carl B. Davis; seven grandchildren; aix great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; two sisters Kathryn Moore and Blanche Overby; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one sister in law Corine Powell; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Thursday at 1PM. Rev. Wanda Wallace off. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Thursday.
