She is survived by her husband, Leslie Byrd; one daughter, Linette Houston; one son, Danny Jeter; five grandchildren; her mother, Blonnie Jeter; three sisters; Carolyn Harrison, Debra Valentine, and Brenda Blowe; one brother, James Coleman; two aunts; one uncle; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one son-in-law, Cedric Houston; one sister-in-law; two brothers-in-law; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Monday at 11AM. Elder Leroy Connor off. Interment private. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 10:45AM Monday.
