Departed this life May 15, 2011. Steven M. Jones of Richmond. He is survived by his wife, Joan Murphy-Jones; one son, Vaughn Jones; his mother, Mary Wood Jones; one sister, Patricia Jones; four brothers; Earl, Robert, Myrl Jr. and Daniel Jones; four aunts; Alberta Taylor and Elizabeth, Evelyn, & Betty Wood; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; four sisters-in-law ,Fontella & Vanna Jones, Dorreth Williamson and Kathlenia Jemison; one brother-in-law, Craig Murphy; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held friday 1PM at Quioccasin Baptist Church, 9011 Quioccasin Road where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Dr. Andrew Mosley(pastor) off. Interment Quioccasin Baptist Church Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 12:45PM Friday.
