William Clinton Epps

Departed this life June 15, 2011. William Epps of Richmond. He is survived by his wife Melba Epps; two daughters, Brenda Payne and Diane Roberts Liverpool; five grandchildren; Erica, Michael and Christopher Payne and Gerald “Scotty” Roberts and Kristin Goodlette; seven great grandchildren; two sisters, Sarah Jenkins and Josephine Furman; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one son-in-law, Dr. Patrick Liverpool; two sisters-in-law, Esteletta Epps and Ruth Dennis; one brother-in-law, J. Livingston Furman and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Monday 11AM at the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart, located at the corner of Park Avenue and Laurel Street where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Father Patrick Golden off. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the Cathedral 10:45AM Monday.
