Louis Baxter

Departed this life July 25, 2011. Louis ”Barber Shop” Baxter of Richmond. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Baxter; four daughters; Paula Rowe, Rosalind Lewis, Catherine and Mederra Fairley; five sons; Tony, Waverly, and Wendell Rowe, Calvin and Eric Fairley; ten grandchildren; one great granddaughter; a grandmother, Bernie Baxter-Montgomery; one brother, Leone Baxter; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one daughter-in-law, Sharon Rowe; his mother-in-law, Mary Fairley; four sisters-in-law; Doris Holloway, Pauline Robinson, Ruby Jenkins and Diane Christian and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Saturday at 12 noon. Rev. Randolph Burt Sr. off. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 11:45AM Saturday.
