Eunice Mills Lawson

Departed this life August 19, 2011. Mrs. Eunice M. Lawson, age 97, of Richmond. She was a retired beautician, and faithful and dedicated employee of Neblett, O. F. Howard and Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Homes. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee C. Lawson Jr. She is survived one sister, Leah M. Graham of Washington DC; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one sister-in-law, Carrie Lawson; one brother-in-law, Robert Lawson and other relatives and friends, among them Marvis Bellfield, Kassandra Hodge, Welford Lewis, Joseph Jenkins III, the staff of Glenburnie Nursing Home and the staff of Medi Home Hospice. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Saturday 11AM at Riverview Baptist Church, 2600 Idlewood Avenue where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Dr. Stephen Hewlett(pastor) off. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 10:45 AM Saturday. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Riverview Baptist Church Elevator Fund.
