Nannie Glover Johnson

Departed this life August 26, 2011. Deaconess Nannie G. Johnson of Richmond. She is a past worthy matron of Hannah Chapter #26(Prince Hall Affiliated). She is preceded in death by her husband, Willis M.(Bill) Johnson, two daughters, Dorothy W. Lee and G. Elizabeth Hayden and one granddaughter, Cynthia Gail Lee. She is survived by one daughter, Marshae J. Murrell; five grandchildren; Jacquelin Y. and Ronald C. Hayden; Jesse Lee Jr.; Porocuko J. and Ian S. Murrell; several nieces, nephews and cousins; one son-in-law, Jerome C. Murrell; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held friday 11AM at First Baptist Church South Richmond, 1501 Decatur Street where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Dr. Dwight Jones(pastor). Rev. ____________________________ off. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Family, friends and organizations assemble at the church 10:45AM friday.
