Departed this life September 24, 2011. Lloyd Ford Sr. of Richmond. He is survived by his wife, Annie Ford; three daughters; Vivian Archie and Dorothy & Michelle Ford; six sons; Raymond White and Lee, Lloyd Jr., Michael, Reginald and Nathaniel Ford; 27 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; two sisters, Constance Speight and Mattie Robinson; one brother, Norman Ford; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; three daughters-in-law, Rita Ford and Denise White and a devoted Glinda Ford; one son-in-law, Harry Archie; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Friday 11AM at Bethlehem Baptist Church, 1920 Fairmount Avenue where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Dr. Victor Davis(pastor). Rev. Glinda Ford off. Interment Pleasant View Baptist Cemetery, Cumberland, Virginia. Family and friends assemble at the church 10:45AM Friday.
