Departed this September 24, 2011. Michael B. Boyd of Richmond. He is preceded in death by his father and mother, James A. Sr. and Mary C. Boyd. He is survived by one son, Michael D. Boyd; four brothers; James A. Jr.(Janet), Charles A., Vincent L.(Marcia) and Kenneth L. Boyd; four aunts; three uncles; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; and other relatives and friends, among them a devoted Joan Coleman. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Friday at 1PM. Rev. Charles Johnson Jr. off. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Friday.
