Karim Yamini

Yamini, Karim of Richmond, departed this life October 9, 2011. He is survived by his wife, Anita Elcock Yamini; one daughter, Rasheeda Yamini; three stepdaughters, Dawn Thomas, Tamara Belfon and Naimah Evans; six grandchildren, one brother; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins, among them, Jenny and Jake Green; mother-in-law, Waheedah Dawan; one sister-in-law, Jacquetta Fulani; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Aveneu. Janaza will be Monday at 1:30 p.m. at the Islamic Center of Virginia, 1241 Buford Road. Interment Al-Barzakh Cemetery.
