Departed this life January 5, 2012. Walter(Bubba) A. Booker Sr. of Richmond. He is survived four daughters; Lisa Miles, Pamela Jefferson, Tarra Booker Quarles and Crystal Booker; one son, Walter A. Booker Jr.; eleven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; his mother, Ophelia Booker; three sisters; Linda Booker, Shirley Lawson and Lillie Booker; four brothers; William, Charlie, Jerome and Larry Booker; four aunts; Margie Abraham, Betty Motley, Barbara Lee , and Marion Motley; two uncles, Gene and David Motley; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one daughter-in-law, Tavarra Booker; three sons-in-law, Charles Jefferson, Michael Miles, and Allen Quarles; one sister-in-law, Leola Booker; one brother-in-law, Willie Meredith and other relatives and friends among them a devoted Patricia A. Hopkins and her daughter, Samantha A. Hopkins. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Thursday at 1PM. Rev. Earl Brown off. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Thursday.
