Mary M. Brooks

Departed this life March 5, 2012. Mrs. Mary Meudie Brooks of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her husband, George N. Brooks. She is survived by three daughters; Brenda Green, Deborah Wilson and Delphine Ross(James); one son, William Green(Queen); six grandchildren; Travis Becoat, William Green Jr., Brandi Green, Candace Ross, Hezekiah Wilson and LaShonda Wilson; seven great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; two sisters-in-law, Martha Hopkins and Mozelle Hicks; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Friday 1PM at Shalom Baptist Fellowship Church where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Rev. Earl Robinson(pastor) off. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 12:45PM Friday.
