Departed this life March 31, 2012. Mrs. Martha E. Watkins of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Watkins and one daughter, Zelda Watkins. She is survived by two daughters, Paulette Collins and Marsha Watkins; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; one sister, Viola Junius; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one son-in-law, Allen Lloyd Collins Sr.; two brothers-in-law, Joseph Junius and Millard Watkins and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Thursday at 11AM. Rev. Eric Brown off. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 10:45AM Thursday.
