Departed this life April 14, 2012. James R. Blackwell Jr. of Richmond. He is preceded in death by his father, James R. Blackwell Sr. He is survived by his wife, Yoshi K. Blackwell; his mother ,Dollie Blow Blackwell; three sisters; Katrina B. Jones of New York, Armeta B. Allen and Alecia R. Blackwell; two aunts, Elizabeth Boone of New York, New York and Rev. Meredith J. Blow; sister-in-law, Imani Keys; two brothers- in-law, Glenn Allen and Jerry Jones of New York; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held 12 noon Thursday and where the family will receive friends 6:30 to 7:30pm Wednesday. Rev.
