Departed this life May 26, 2012. Linwood Harris Jr. of Powhatan. He is survived by his wife, Nellie Harris; five daughters; Alma Jean Coles, Mary F. Harris, Charlene Jones, Sherri Johnson and Tamara Nash; one son, Arness Linwood Harris; nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren; his mother, Adele Harris; two sisters, Sallie Smith and Sylvia Harris; five brothers; Earlene, Edward, Roy, Alvin and Clifton Harris; one aunt, Margaret E. Crawley; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one daughter-in-law, Carnetti Harris; three sons-in-law, Lloyd Jones, Kelly Johnson and Torie Nash; four sisters-in-law, Rachel Wright, and Florence, Kathryn & Roberta Harris; four brothers-in-law; James, Theodore & Robert Robinson and Henry Smith and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Thursday at 1PM. Dr. Ricardo Brown off. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Thursday.
