Departed this life June 14, 2012. Mrs Ella Jefferson Ruffin of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her husband, Sterling Ruffin. She is survived by two nieces, Ernestine Harbor and Bessie Mayo; two nephews, Russell Harbor and his wife Martha, and Eleon Whittle and his wife Osinia; two cousins, Blinda Mickens and a devoted Sheila Walters and their children; other relatives and friends among them, the Jefferson-Wilkins family and devoted cousins, Lucille and Rebecca Hinton, Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where public viewing will be held Wednesday and where the family will receive friends at 12noon Thursday. Funeral services will be held at 1PM. Minister LaFaye Grooms off. Rev. Sharon Broaddus Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Thursday.
