Wilbur James Perry

Departed this life June 18, 2012. Wilbur J.(Bill) Perry of Richmond. He is preceded in death by his wife, Jereffa Penick Perry. He is survived by three daughters; Dorothy P. Vaughan, Betty J. Taylor-Brown and Loretta M. Barksdale; two sons, Wilbur D. Penick Sr. and Robert Foster; eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins, among them devoted Joseph and Viola Junius; one daughter-in-law, Diane M. Penick; two sons-in-law, Ray M. Vaughan and Alexander Barksdale; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 3PM. Interment Quantico National Cemetery. Family and friends assemble a the funeral home 2:45PM Tuesday.
