Departed this life July 16, 2012. Mrs. Rosa M. Allen Green formerly of New Jersey and California. She is preceded in death by her parents, Alfonso and Opal Allen. She is survived by one sister, Alpha Wilson; two brothers, Charles(Mary) and Cary(Martha) Allen; two “adopted" children, Rolanda Anderson(Keith) and Anthony McIntosh(Jameice); six grandchildren; two aunts; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins, among them devoted Esther Laurene Quarles; and other relatives and friends, among them two devoted, Katie Telfer and Beverly Rhodes. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Monday at 12 noon. Rev. Herman Alston, off. Interment private. Please omit flowers. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 11:45 AM Monday.
