Robert Samuel Lanier

Lanier, On Sunday October 14, 2007, Robert Lanier Sr. was called home to rest. He is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Ella Lanier. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Brenda Lanier; two sons Kevin and Robert Lanier Jr.; three granddaughters Ashley, Vanessa and Elysia; one sister Dorothy Lanier Fields and one brother Phillip Smith both of Philadelphia; several aunts and uncles; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; two daughters in law Francine and Bonnie Lanier; four sisters in law Ruth Patterson, Yvette Johnson, Geraldine Johnson and Loreal Johnson; two brothers in law Ricardo Fields and Wade O. Johnson III and countless lifetime friends. Robert was the owner and operator of Lanier Hauling. There will not be a funeral service, viewing or visitation. We respectfully request to remember Robert privately in our own special way.
