Carter, Departed this life August 6, 2012. Ross Carter(Buzzy) of Richmond, formerly of New York. He is survived by his mother, Marva Dabney; his grandmother, Gussie Judkins; one step sister, Jacqueline Baccus; one step brother, Archer Dabney; seven aunts; three uncles; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Friday at 11A.M. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 10:45AM Friday.
