Departed this life August 18, 2012. Ms. Sherry D. Turner of Richmond. She was preceded in death by son, Jeffery O. Carter and father, Andrew(Bill) Turner. She is survived by son, Ray C. Dark Jr.; mother, Shirley A. Turner; two sisters, Senora Turner and Sharlene Fowler; one brother, Andrew Turner Jr; two aunts; two uncles; host of nieces and nephews and several cousins; sister-in-law, Merideth Turner; one brother-in-law, Frederick Fowler and other relatives and friends, among them devoted friend Gerald Carter. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home 2011 Grayland Ave where services will be held 1PM Saturday. Rev. Robert Winfree off. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Saturday.
