Departed this life August 25, 2012, Janet Perkins-Lewis. She is survived by her husband, Fred Lewis, her daughter, Tequila Lewis and a loving family. Memorial services will be held Wednesday at 1:pm at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home.
