Havert Lee Grubbs

Departed this life September 18, 2012. Havert L. Grubbs of Richmond. He is survived by three sisters; Kate Simpson, Mildred Hicks and Patricia Christian; one brother, Willie L. Simpson; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins, among them Jessica Ruiz, Ebony Simpson, Antoinette Smith, Anthony Simpson and Antoine Colon and a devoted niece and god daughter, Valerie Hicks and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, 1PM at Trinity Baptist Church, 2811 Fendall Avenue where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Dr. A. Lincoln James(pastor) off. Interment Oakwood Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 12:45PM Tuesday.
