Brooks, Departed this life December 7, 2007. Ms. Shirley A. Brooks of Richmond. She is survived by one daughter, Janice Williams; one grandson, Nicholas Williams; two sisters, Jean Shaw and Katherine Scott; one brother, James Richardson; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one son- in -law, Darryl Williams; one brother- in- law, Karo Scott and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11A.M. at Cornerstone Baptist Church, 6100 Cornerstone Blvd., where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Dr. Stan Bennett(pastor) off.
