Short, Departed this life December 6, 2007. Derrick C. Short of Richmond. He is survived by his mother, Shelia Short and his father Johnnie Leroy Chandler; one sister, Chantel Short; his grandmother, Evelyn T. Short; three aunts, Carolyn T. Cooper, Dorothy Branch and Sherraine Boyd; two uncles, Marlon K. Short and Frederick L. Cooper; five great aunts and two great uncles; a host of cousins; and other relatives and friends, among them a god mother, Glynda Scott. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Friday at 1P.M. Dr. Ricardo Brown off. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble the funeral home 12:45P.M. Friday.
