Pannell, Died December 18, 2007. Thomas Pannell. He is survived by a son Michael Russell, his mother Lilly Lockett and a devoted friend and god daughter Kathy and Nayshaw Lewis. Memorial services will be held Monday at 11AM at Jenkins Funeral Home.
