Cowles, Departed this life January 2, 2008. Elder Dorothy Cowles of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her husband Elder Dennis Cowles. She is survived by one daughter Elder Toni Gray; one son Alvester Taylor; four grandchildren Nicholas & Demetrius Taylor and Octavia and Taylor Gray; two sisters Charlene Williams and Lynn Skeeter; Five aunts Aretha, Minnie and Alma Taylor and Hattie Murphy and Violet Johnson; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one son in law Germel Gray; two sisters in law; four brothers in law and other relatives and friends among them Elizabeth Jackson who was like a daughter, Baldwin(Fly) Waddy Sr. and Ramone Turner. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Saturday 11A.M. at Temple of Hope International Ministries, 3301 Chalfont Drive where remains will lie in state one hour prior funeral time.
