Louise C Jackson

Departed this life December 7, 2012. Mrs. Louise Carter Jackson of Richmond. She was past matron of Henrico 78, OES(Prince Hall Affiliated). She was also a Past National Grand Senior Matron, United Order of Tents #173. She was preceded in death by her husband, John W. Jackson. She is survived by three daughters; Yolanda B. Jackson, Selia Bouldin Fillmore of Orange, New Jersey and Francine M. Jackson; four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; 11 great great grandchildren; one sister, Elizabeth Moore of New Jersey; a host of nieces among them, Zelma Louise Johnstone and nephews; one sister-in-law, Marie Carter; one brother-in-law, Charlie Moore of New Jersey; and other relatives and friends, among them Mr. and Mrs. Howard Smith. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8PM Friday. Funeral services will be held Saturday 10AM at Fifth Baptist Church, 1415 W. Cary Street where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Rev. Earl M. Brown(pastor) off. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 9:45AM Saturday.
