Higgins, Departed this life January 31, 2008. Eddie Higgins of Richmond, formerly of Jacksonville, Florida. He is survived by one sister, Mildred Wells; one brother, Cleveland Higgins; a host of nieces and nephews; one brother-in-law, James Wells and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue, where funeral services will be Tuesday at 1P.M. Elder Alfred Nicholson off. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45P.M. Tuesday.
