Davis, Passed from this life to join Our Heavenly Father on February 7, 2008. Mrs. Elizabeth Davis, 91, of Richmond. She was preceded in death by parents, James and Ella Hobson Chambers. She is survived by devoted son, James Davis Jr.; two nieces, Helen Brown of Ocala Florida and Barbara Hill; two great nieces, Nora Holt and Yvonne Simon; three great nephews, Lanxton Davis, Everett Brown and devoted Linwood Davis Sr.; One Goddaughter, Michelle Taylor; two sister- in-law Ruby and devoted Evoria Chambers; several cousins, among them Robert Chambers and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home 2011 Grayland Ave. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 1PM at Riverview Baptist Church, 2600 Idlewood Ave. where remains will lie in state 1 hour prior to funeral time. Dr. Stephen Hewlett(pastor) off. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family, friends and organization assemble at the church 12:45PM Wednesday.
