Esther Curtis Bailey

Departed this life January 16, 2013. Mrs. Esther Bailey of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harry B. Bailey Sr. and two sons, Harry B. Bailey Jr. and Ned Bailey. She is survived by two daughters, Esther Smith and Mary F. Marks; two sons, Leon and Bruce Bailey; fifteen grandchildren, among them a devoted Orlando Bailey; a host of great and great great grandchildren; three sisters; Aretha Jackson, Jeannette Woolridge and Maude Winston; two brothers, Carl and Wilbur Curtis; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; two daughters-in-law, Yvonne and JoAnn Bailey; one sister-in-law; two brothers-in-law and other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be held at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue Wednesday at 11:30AM. Dr. Alonza Lawrence off. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 11:15AM Wednesday.
