Departed this life January 17, 2013. Mrs. Irene Richardson of Richmond. She is survived by two sons, Keith Fowler and Welton Brooks; and other relatives and friends, among them Mrs. Dorothy Nicholas. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where memorial services will be held Monday at 3:30PM. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 3:15PM Monday.
