Jefferson Grant Bratcher

Bratcher, Departed this life February 22, 2008. Mr. Jefferson G. Bratcher of Richmond. He is preceded in death by his wife, Ruth E. Bratcher and his daughter, Diane B. Muhammad. He is survived by three grandchildren, Shahid A., Rashad J. and Khyandrah D. Muhammad; one sister Rosebud Berry; two brothers, Carl and John Bratcher; a host of nieces, among them a devoted Carolyn Martin, nephews and cousins; five sister- in-law; one brother- in-law; and other relatives and friends, among them a devoted Margaret Clarke. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Thursday, 1P.M. at Second Baptist Church, 1400 Idlewood Avenue where remains will lie in state one hour prior funeral time. Dr. James Harris(pastor) off. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 12:45A.M. Thursday.
