Lucy J. Lewis

Departed this life February 15, 2013. Mrs. Lucy Lewis of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Lewis and one son, Joseph Lewis. She is survived by one son, Ronald Lewis; two grandchildren, Kim Lewis and Alicia Jones(Clifford); four great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins among them a devoted, Hester Hughes(Carrol); and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Saturday 12 noon at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church, 1902 Rosewood Avenue where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Rev. Michael Moore(interim pastor) off. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 11:45AM Saturday.
