Virginia Vass

Departed this life February 16, 2013. Mrs. Virginia Vass of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harry Vass. She is survived by two sons, Thomas E. Jr. and David M. Scates; two sisters, Bernice Daye and Barbara Miller; one brother, Donald Richardson; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one sister-in-law, Dollie Richardson; and other relatives and friends among them Jean Hudson and Sharon Gholson. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Friday 1PMM at St. Phillips Episcopal Church, 2900 Hanes Avenue where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 12:45PM Friday.
