Departed this life April 13, 2013. Mrs. Brenda Myers, age 55, of Glen Allen. She is survived by her husband, Henry Myers; two sons, Derek and Brandon Myers; mother and father, Florence and Lorenzo Burrell Sr.; five sisters; Faye Chandler, Linda Mosby, Maria Hicks, Zelda Goode and Anita Miller; four brothers; Robert Scarborough Jr, Lorenzo Burrell Jr., Craig Burrell, Doug Burrell; one aunt, Catherine Miller; a host of, nieces among them Rhonda Burrell, nephews and cousins; two sisters-in-law, Terry Boakye and Shirley Scarborough; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30PM Friday. Funeral services will be held Saturday 1PM at the Worship and Praise Deliverance Church, 3006 E. Laburnum Avenue where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Rev Timothy Kirven(pastor) Rev. Robert Scarborough officiating. Interment Oakwood Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 12:45AM Saturday.
