Scott, Departed this life March 26, 2008. Jacob Fred Scott Sr. of Richmond. He was preceded in death by his wife, Hattie T. Scott. He is survived by two daughters, Patricia S. Coward and Linda S. Dillingham; two sons, Jacob F. Scott Jr. and Carl E. Scott Sr.; eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren; one sister, Edith S. Brown; one brother, Beverly Scott; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one son-in law, Tony Dillingham; four sisters-in-law Ethel R. Scott, Betty Scott, Sally Wells and Emma Wells; one brother-in-law, Lewis Tinsley; other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 12 noon at Sixth Baptist Church, 400 S. Addison Street where remains will lie in state one hour prior funeral time. Dr. Yvonne Bibbs(pastor) officiating. Interment Greenwood Memorial Gardens. Family and friends assemble at the church 11:45A.M. Saturday.
