Departed this life May 18, 2013. Richard M. Starks Sr. of Richmond. He is preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Starks and two son,s Richard M. Jr. and Anthony Starks. He is survived by one daughter, Hope M. Davis; two sons, David and Jonathan Starks; 4 grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins and other relatives among them, Marvin Hart. Memorial services will be held Wednesday 2PM at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses 2501 Normandale Ave. Arrangements by Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home.
