Departed this life May 31, 2013. Rev. Withrow Stockton Jr. of Richmond. He is survived by his wife, Denise Stockton; one daughter, Jasmin Stockton; two sons, Withrow III and Brandon Stockton; one granddaughter, Charnelle Delaney Stockton; his mother, Ada Hall Stockton; his father, Withrow Stockton Sr and stepmother, Doris Stockton; one sister, Willa Stockton; one step brother, Terrence Stockton; several aunts; and uncles; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; two sisters-in-law, Corliss Diggs and Carole Butler; four brothers-in-law, Reginald, John, Barry and Ronald Diggs and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30PM Wednesday. Funeral sevices will be held Thursday 12 noon at Hood Temple A. M. E. Zion Church, 16 W. Clay Street where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Dr. Edmund Whitley(pastor) off. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 11:45AM Thursday.
