Departed this life July 4, 2013. Charles Lee Ragland of Richmond. He is survived by four sisters; Paulette Ragland, Billy Jean Johnson, Catherine Ragland and Dorothy Lee; two brothers, Thomas Ragland and Louis Ragland; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one brother-in-law, Clarence Johnson; and other relatives and friends among them a devoted companion, Connie Jones and a god grandson, Ken I. Heins. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1PM. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Tuesday.
