Departed this life July 12, 2013. Mrs. Daisy C. Davis, age 80, of Richmond. She is survived by her husband, George Davis; one daughter, Zetta Fishel; one son, Michael A. Davis; three grandchildren; Selena Junious, Rashekia Junious and Cornelius Davis; seven great grandchildren; three sisters; Alean Johnson, Carolyn C. Rouse and Malissa Mashore; one brother, Roger Conyers; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; three sisters-in-law, Pearletha, Marie and Paulette Conyers; two brothers-in-law, Ernest Armstong and Levi Mashore; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends from 6:30PM to 7:30PM Thursday. Funeral services will be held Friday 12 noon at Third Street Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church, 614 N. Third Street where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Rev. Reuben Boyd(pastor) off. Interment Oakwood Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 11:45AM Friday.
