.Departed this life July 25, 2013. Reginald Bell of Richmond. He is preceded in death by one daughter, Shalee Bell, his mother, Hattie Bates, father, Joseph Bell Sr, and one sister, Camilla Cooley. He is survived by his wife, Sylvia Bell; two sons, Reginald and Kelcey Bell; six grandchildren; RaHeen, Imani, Deja & Malik Bell; Kelcey Morgan and K’Chaun Bell; six sisters; Sharonette Bell, Dineen Bell, Kendra Bates, Tinisha Bates, Wendy Carter, and Marnita Christian; one brother, Joseph Bell Jr; one aunt, Signora Tyler; two uncles, Robert Moore and Sherman Cotman; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one daughter-in-law, Ebony Bell; his mother-in-law, Elizabeth Kizzie; two sisters-in-law, Vanessa Robinson and Lolita Kizzie; three brothers-in-law, Calvin Kizzie, Darna Carter and Lloyd Christian and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Thursday at 3PM. Rev. Louis Collins III off. Interment private. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 2:45PM Thursday.
