Departed this life August 16, 2013. Lewis Thomas of Richmond. He is survived by his wife, Alice Thomas; one daughter, Patricia Thomas-Morton; three sons; Michael, Kenneth and Timothy Thomas; seven grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren; one sister, Catherine Williams; two brothers, John and Prince Thomas; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one son-in-law, Walter Morton; five sisters-in-law, Frances Patterson, Rosa Tiller, Doris Bennett, Betty Bacote, and Yvonne Thomas; one brother-in-law, Mitchell Bacote; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Thursday at 1PM. Rev. Earl Brown off. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Thursday.
