Darden, Departed this life April 28, 2008. Mrs. Eula Darden of Richmond. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Darden and son, Tomar Darden. She is survived by four daughters, Halima Muhammad(Verna), Margie A. Smith, Eula F. Lovelace and Myra M. Salaam; nine sons, Robert Jr., Bobby Sr., Michael A., Jamal A., Ishmiel M., Xavier Sr., Jeremiah M., Elisha, and Uriah Darden; 44 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; two sisters, Gladys Williams and Brenda Williamson; one brother, David Croom Jr.; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; five daughters-in-law, Lynda, Daurette, Erika, Valencia, and Kelley Darden; four sons-in-law, Abdul Halim Muhammad(Brother Thomas), Bruce Smith, Raymond(Abdullah) Lovelace and Imam Muhammad Salaam; four sisters-in-law, Gladys & Helen Darden, Lucy Mae Croom and Bessie Foreman; one brother-in-law, Melvin Darden and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30P.M. on Wednesday and where funeral services will be held 2P.M. Thursday. Minister Tracy Muhammad off. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 1:45P.M. Thursday.
